This Doom Eternal: The Ancient Gods Secret Encounters Guide will show you where you can find all the Secret Encounters in the game. The Ancient Gods DLC contains three regions, where each of the three regions contains 2 Secret Encounter locations in the different areas of the region.

Below we have detailed the Secret locations in the game.
UAC Atlantica Facility
There are 2 Secret Encounters in this region:
Secret Location #1
The first Secret Encounter can be found after your fight with the Marauder, you will come across a path where you have to jump across on the platform up ahead, with a green fan on the left blowing some air. The secret encounter is on the platform below you, so instead of heading forward, you should jump down and turn around to enter the platform below. Do this after shooting the green fan to disable it.
Secret Encounter #2
The second Secret Encounter in this level is found in the room filled with water and that has the three turbines. You have to make your way to the right after you come to the room with the tentacles. Get the suit here and then dive to the bottom of the water and towards the breakable vent that will take you straight to the secret encounter.
The Blood Swamps
There are 2 Secret Encounters in this level:
Secret Encounter #1
After you pass through the foggy area, go to the left and you will find the Secret Encounter inside a cage. You can open the cage after you fight off the Tyrant which will spawn a demon wall, granting you the path ahead. All you have to do is punch it from the ledge to get it.
Secret Encounter #2
The second Secret Encounter in this level when you reach the gate with the Cyberdemon. You need to go left from this area on the stairs, leap towards the green breakable wall and smash through it. Use the skull console and punch the large block off the ledge. Now you can jump down towards the Secret Encounter below.
The Holt
There are 2 Secret Encounters in this level:
Secret Encounter #1
The first Secret Encounter can be found after you hit the tree to make it fall down. Head into the small cave with the pink floor and then look to the right to find a breakable wall. Punch through it and head inside to find the Secret Encounter.
Secret Encounter #2
The second encounter can be found after you get the objective to go to the Luminarium. In the white room and after the fight, use the console in the middle to activate it, look up and shoot the button above you to disable the lasers. Now turn around and head inside the door to get the Secret Encounter.
