Dollhouse Open Beta Extended Until April 22

Dollhouse Open Beta Extended

After a successful first week of Open Beta, SOESDESCO and Creazn Studio have announced that the duration of the Dollhouse beta will be extended. Earlier, the Open Beta was scheduled to run from April 12-17 but now it will end on April 22, 6 PM CEST.

Community Manager at SOEDESCO, Marten Buijsse comments:

We’ve received tons of feedback over the last week, and we’re very grateful for that. The developer has worked hard to address the feedback in a patch focusing on improving the online multiplayer mode. To test this patch and give everyone the chance to try the multiplayer, we’ve decided to extend the Beta until after the weekend.

During the beta, players can experience the first two chapters of the Singleplayer story. This counts to almost 2 hours of gameplay. If Singleplayer is not your thing, the Open Beta also has two multiplayer maps where players will be able to hunt down other players in 8-player matches. The full game will come with a lot more maps and the whole Singleplayer experience.

According to the developer, the features of Dollhouse are as follows:

  • Escape your pursuer as you decipher the eerie story of your past in Singleplayer
  • Customize and upgrade your character with 40+ Abilities and Passives
  • Scan the environment and see through the eyes of your pursuer
  • Investigate procedurally generated maps, no restart is the same
  • Murder wisely in online Multiplayer where each player has a different target
  • Play with 14 different Multiplayer characters, each featuring unique abilities

If you want to play the Open Beta, you can simply head to Dollhouse’s Official Steam page and jump right in. You still have the whole week to experience the game. If you are playing the Open Beta of Dollhouse, do not forget to share your experience of the game with us in the comments section below.

Dollhouse is slated for release on PS4 and PC via Steam on May 24, 2019. PS4 will also receive a physical version.
