Death Incarnate

For Whom The Bell Tolls

To unlock this trophy/achievement, you will need to kill 666 enemies by any means necessary.

Beast Mode

To unlock this trophy/achievement, you will need to kill 666 enemies while using the Havoc Form. This might take more than one playthrough. Only kills while in Havoc Form are counted for this trophy/achievement.

Enhance!

Cleanup Crew

This trophy/achievement is unlocked after you pick up 500 items dropped by enemies or boxes you break. Every time you kill an enemy or break any object in the environment, they will drop shards and other crafting materials. Do not forget to pick them up. Holy Keeper
