Cyberware are interesting mods that come in different varieties allowing you to equip on V for various benefits. V has different Cyberware slots all throughout his/her body where you can equip a certain Cyberware. From the Frontal Cortex with 3 slots to your nervous and immune system, skeleton, hands, arms, and legs all offer you some slots that you can equip with special Cyberware.
