Where to Trade Deku Seeds
Firstly, you need to find the Lost Woods in the game. Once you find the location, you need to kill the enemies in this area and then take the path that that leads you to the area with a stump right after the entrance.
Look inside this stump where you will find Tingle. If you have 10 Deku Seeds and talk to him, he will double the Stamina and Magic meter. If you do not have the 10 Deku Seeds, you will have to speak with him a few more times before he says that he wants Deku Seeds.
If you do enter the tree stump and find Tingle sleeping, you have to wake up him by completing the music puzzle at the top of the location of this area.
