After two years of canceled events, Arctic Game Week is returning in full force next month in May, and the event has announced more key speakers that will be attending the event in Sweden from May 25 to May 28.
The event will bring in speakers tracks in game development, game business development, intellectual property, film/TV/VFX and graphic novels with 40 top speakers from around the world. This includes Patty Toledo (Director at Yahaha Studios), Robert Bäckström (founder at Aurora Punks), Joshua Garrity (senior scout at Team 17) and Emilie Blézat (director at Dark Riviera).
Also on the 27th, Global Top Round will be hosting a pitching event in Nordsken main stage for 20 prequalified international studios. The jury on site will consist of 10 publishers that include Tilting Point, Focus, Curve, Team 17, Thunderful, 505 Games and Neon Doctrine as well as 10 large international influencers.
The pitch will be streamed, while the best studio will get a paid trip for two to the Annual Global Top Round conference.
There will also be high-quality business meetings with MeetToMatch during the event, offering premium meeting services that ensure you have quality business meetings with some of the best people in the industry.
The main attraction during the event will be the Swedish championship in Cosplay, which is a fantastic show to witness. During one of the evenings, a concert by Sabina Zweiacker will also be performed at the newly built culture house Sara, with music from The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, The Witcher and others.

- Orvar Säfström host for the conference, known film critic, musician, front figure in games and IP’s.
