Soralite Ore Mining Guide – Palworld

To start mining the Soralite Ore, you need to unlock the Plasma Cutter, which becomes available once you reach Level 54. Once you reach this level, you’ll be able to craft it after collecting the required materials, which are:

Pal Metal Ingots 50x
Plasteel 50x
Bio Battery 30x
Computer 10x
Cryogenic Coolant 10x

You will also require a minimum workstation that is Production Assembly Line II, which will be used for crafting the Plasma Cutter

To build the tool, you’ll also need access to Production Assembly Line, as this is the minimum workstation required for crafting the Plasma Cutter.

After gathering all the necessary ingredients, create the tool before heading out to collect Soralite Ore. The Plasma Cutter is a necessary tool without which you won’t be able to mine this resource effectively. It is recommended to go to the Floating Islands near Far Cry Marsh to collect Soralite Ore, where there are many deposits of Soralite Ore close together, which will let you collect many nodes in a single trip.

Once you arrive, simply explore the island until you find the glowing ore formations. Since there are several deposits in the same area, you can gather a good amount before returning to your base.

The mining process for Soralite Ore is not the same as the normal resources. When you use your Plasma Cutter tool and aim it at the ore deposit, make sure it is aimed at the Sparkling Section of the deposit. The ore will break more easily and faster when you aim at the glowing spot.

Shooting at any other part of the deposit will lead to very little damage, and the mining process will take a lot of time. If you only target the sparkling area, each node will be destroyed immediately, saving both time and effort while farming.

Creating a Soralite Quarry

Another way to collect Soralite Ore is that after you reach Level 72, you can craft a Soralite Quarry, through which you can produce Soralite Ore directly at your base instead of repeatedly traveling to the Floating Islands.

Building the quarry requires:

70 Stone
100 Soralite
Ancient Civilization Parts

Since Soralite itself is one of the required materials, you’ll need to mine enough ore manually before constructing the quarry. Once it’s built, gathering additional Soralite becomes much more convenient.

Once the Quarry is all set up, assign a strong Mining Pal to work there. Blazamut is an excellent choice because it starts with Level 7 Mining, allowing it to gather resources efficiently. Blazamut is located in the top right corner of the map near Flame Pulse Islet.

You should bring strong capture spheres and just fly around the island until you spot one and catch it. Ancient Sphere will provide a better chance of success at catching Blazamut.

Once you’ve built the quarry and assigned your Blazamuts, they’ll begin mining Soralite automatically. This provides a steady supply of the resource without requiring constant trips back to the Floating Islands.
