Photography Locations Guide – Forza Horizon 6
There are 26 items and locations in Forza Horizon 6 that you need to find and take a picture of to complete this challenge. We have listed them according to the order in which they appear in the game’s Photography section.
Kite
The kites are only available during the summer season, and there are two main locations in which you can find them. One of them is the small camp in the northeast section of the Horizon Stadium. During the summer, people will fly kites here, and during the Autumn season, people will fly sky lanterns here at night. The other location is above a ramen restaurant in Narai-Juku. From the Wakana Yamazaki Mural, drive towards the Curry Rice mascot, and look for the restaurant with a yellow shade and an ice-cream cone outside it with a ramen sign. It has two green bikes here too.
If you are currently playing in a different season, you can easily complete this challenge by loading up an EventLab Challenge. For this one, use the challenge with the Share Code: 148 450 904, and you will find the Fast Kite Photo Challenge by SINKILLER7534. Load this up, and as soon as you spawn, drive a little ahead, and you will find the kites. Take a picture, and you will complete the challenge. This is the location near the stadium.
Koinobori Fish Flags
The Koinobori Fish Flags are found only during the Spring season. The easiest location to find them is right outside Mei’s garage. As soon as you leave the garage, you will find some hanging ahead on the road. Other locations include the Tokyo Tower, Narai-Juku in the Shimanoyama region, and the small town in the northern half of the Ito region. I’ll suggest Mei’s house in the Spring season, as this is the easiest.
If you want to complete this outside of the Spring season, you can do so by jumping into an EventLab Challenge. Search for the challenge with the Share Code: 160 257 251, and you will see the Koinobori Fish Flags Op challenge by Cyperyss. As soon as you spawn in the challenge, you will find a string of fish flags above you, right at the starting line. You can take its picture to complete the challenge.
Sky Lanterns
The Sky Lanterns can only be found in the Autumn season, and near the small camp on the Northeast side of the Horizon Stadium. You will only find them at night. This is the same camp where people are flying kites during the summer season. As far as I know, there is only one location of sky lanterns in the game.
To complete this challenge outside of the autumn season, you will need to rely on an EventLab Challenge. To do so, head to the EventLab Challenge section and look for the challenge with the Share Code: 148 450 904. This will give you the challenge Fast Kite Photo (SiN) by SINKILLER7534. As soon as you spawn in the event, drive a little ahead, and you will find tons of sky lanterns in the sky above the camp. You can complete the challenge here.
Water Lanterns
You will find Water Lanterns only during the summer season, and it is perhaps the easiest of the items to find. They are found around the water surrounding the Peace Torii landmark in the Shimanoyama region. You will also find some in the Minamino region under a bridge near its top-right corner, but the ones around Peace Torii are easier to spot.
If you are trying to complete it outside of the summer season, you can fire up an EventLab Challenge. In the EventLab Challenge section, search for the Share Code: 120 655 624, and you will get the challenge Water Lanterns Photo by Paraglieber. This is an easy challenge for finding water lanterns during any season. As soon as the event starts, you will see the Peace Torii ahead on the left side in the water. It will be surrounded by water lanterns. Take a picture here, and you will complete the challenge. If you are lucky, you will also get the Sky Lanterns here because it did for me.
Tanabata Streamers
The Tanabata Streamers are also a season-specific item and are only found during the summer season. There are three locations to find them in the game. The easiest one is right outside Mei’s House in the Ohtani region. This is the first house in the game, so every player has it. Other locations include the Tokyo Central Railway Station in the middle of Tokyo City and the small town in the Hokubu region. We are heading to Mei’s House for this one.
If you are trying to do this outside the summer season, you will need to start an EventLab Challenge. In the menu, search for the Share Code: 458 631 488, and you will get the challenge Fast Tanabata Streamers by SINKILLER7534. Jump into the event, and you will see the Tanabata Streamers right at the start on the right side. Take a picture of them here to complete the challenge.
