How to Catch a Galarian Moltres
After your first encounter with all the three birds when you go to the Dyna Tree Hill, you can now start your hunt to catch one of these Pokémon. All of the three Galarian Pokémon which are the Galarian Zapdos, Galarian Moltres, and the Galarian Articuno can be found in separate locations.
To catch Galarian Moltres, you need to go to the Isle of Armor map, specifically in the wild area where you start the Isle of Armor. Once you see Galarian Moltres, you need to fast travel to the Fields of Honor Dojo, where you will then immediately spot Galarian Moltres flying around.
To catch the Pokémon, you don’t have to do anything to chase it. In fact, once you make your presence known to it and when Galarian Moltres spots you, it will come down to the ground and begin the battle. From this point onwards, you know the drill, defeat the Pokémon to catch it, and add to your party.
