Go Fanless With the New MonsterLabo Fanless PC Chassis The Beast

MonsterLabo has revealed a new fanless gaming chassis and it is called The Beast. MonsterLabo is a well-known creator of fanless PC casings and the newest addition to their fanless lineup is The Beast. The Beast is an ATX case and is very different from previous MonsterLabo fanless casings as this casing requires no fans at all!

MonsterLabo’s The Beast PC casing uses a passive cooling technique. It is achieved by its ten copper heat pipes and two massive heatsinks. The Beast chassis features a total ten 6 mm copper heat pipes that connect to two 3 KG aluminum heatsinks, which are mounted to the inside of the chassis and connect to both the CPU and the GPU. The heatsinks will be able to cool the system without any fans if the rated TDP is below 300-watts.

The Beast PC casing has dimensions of 450 x 380 x 210 mm and the case can support motherboards from mini-ITX up to full ATX form factors. This chassis allows for a graphics card length of up to 290 mm and can house up to four 3.5″ drives or eight 2.5” SSDs. The Beast has supports ATX power supplies meaning it can support up to 1000W power supplies. he case’s construction includes 2.5mm steel, 6mm aluminum, and glass.

The case’s front I/O ports include a single USB Type-C port, Two USB 2.0 ports, and two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports for a wide range of connectivity options. For PC builders, this case also has fan support if required. Users can connect two 140 mm fans running at a slow 500 RPM speed which raises the cooling TDP to 500 watts.

With the passive configuration, The Beast can dissipate up to 400W of heat. MonsterLabo recommends that the processor and graphics card’s TDP (thermal design power) don’t exceed 150W and 250W. With active cooling, the case will even be able to accommodate SKUs up to the GeForce RTX 3080, which is rated for 320W.

MonsterLabo has released a timeline for the Beast casing and according to it, the Pre-order will start from 9th October. Pricing is currently unknown.
