Secret Hydralisk Unit
While playing the Night Elf campaign, when you reach the second chapter Daughters of the Moon, you can find a secret Hydralisk (Zerg unit from Starcraft) and control it in battle. It is sitting at the top of the map behind some trees. To open the path and gain access to it, keep going towards the Hydralisk until you are blocked. Go to the log and you will find 3 Night Elf Catapults. They will easily chop down the trees and give you access to the Hydralisk.
Secret Ending
Apart from the normal endings, you can also unlock a secret ending in Warcraft 3: Reforged. To unlock the secret ending, complete the Night Elf campaign on Hard and after the campaign outro, you will find yourself in a Starcraft battle. This is the secret ending of the game.
