There are two basic ways of getting the Eagle Bearer exotic rifle in The Division 2. Like we mentioned earlier, you cannot earn this exotic weapon outside the raid so you have to be in the raid for a chance of getting this rifle. There is also a certain bit of luck involved in getting the Eagle Bearer as there is no specific task to do in order to get it instantly.

Raid Chests

One of the methods of obtaining the Eagle Bearer exotic rifle is from the Operation Dark Hours’ locked chests. You will find plenty of chests in Operation Dark Hours and you should try to open as many as you can until you find this exotic weapon. To open a locked chest, you will need a key which is dropped by the raid’s bosses.

There are four raid bosses in Operation Dark Hours and when you kill them, each will drop keys which you can use to open these locked chests. If you are lucky, you will find one from these locked chests. Until you obtain the weapons, keep looking in the chests. This is something that you would do anyway while playing the raid so it is not something really out of the way.

Kill Bosses

The second way to obtain Eagle Bearer Exotic rifle is by killing bosses and finding the weapon in their drops. Operation Dark Hours has four bosses which include the first boss Boomer, the second boss trio Dizzy, Ricochet and Weasel, the third boss duo Lucy and Buddy and the last boss DDP-52 Razorback. Each time you defeat a boss, check their drops and if you are lucky, you will find Eagle Bearer exotic rifle in there.
