The first thing you need to do is to get the Packmaster Tusk, which can be obtained by defeating Packmaster. This enemy can be found in the Reisum Biome, where it is waiting to fight you. Once defeated, you can check your inventory to see the Packmaster’s Tusk item.

Your next step is to go to The Frieran Sea and then make your way straight to the ship from the checkpoint. Instead of getting on the ship. Go to the left from the entrance, go along the side of the ship, break the crates blocking your way and make your way to almost the back of the ship. You will find a climbable platform here that you need to take to go up, and then look for the hole in the ship.

Peering inside it will show you the Warlord’s Armor set. This is an important step that will only take you closer to obtaining it. Now make your way back to the front of the ship and climb on the ship from the entrance. On the ship, you will find Sebum who you have to talk to get the armor set. You should talk about the Packmaster’s Tusk in return for the Warlord’s Armor set.
