Developer Washbear Studio has announced that its dinosaur park management sim Parkasaurus is getting a new DLC called Sea Monsters. Sea Monsters will focus on aquatic-themed dinosaurs and exhibits and will add new content themed around water to the sim. This is the first time that Parkasaurus is getting aquatic-themed exhibits and content.
Sea Monsters DLC aims at bringing 10+ new creatures to the game which includes some of the most iconic pre-historic creatures including Elasmosaurus, Plesiosaurus, Mosasaurus, Atopodentatus, Sarcosuchus, Archelon, Dunkleosteus, Liopleurodon, Ichthyosaurus, Placodus, and Megalodon. Apart from the new animals and creatures, the DLC will also bring new biomes to the game including Beach, Lagoon, and Photic which will allow players to create aquatic-themed biomes for the new animals.
New see-through walls will ensure that all guests in your park will be able to view and enjoy these new aquatic enclosures however a new tank type means new things to worry about as well. You will need to see how much water depth and water temperature each of the new animals requires in their tanks and they must be met if you want to keep them happy. For decorating the new tanks, the DLC has 20+ new exhibit items in it as well.
New hats and two new missions are also part of the DLC. At this point, Washbear has only revealed this much about the incoming DLC Sea Monsters for Parkasaurus however with a Spring 2022 launch window, we can expect the developer to share additional details such as a confirmed release date in the coming days.
The game is currently 50% off on Steam so if you want to jump in the game because the DLC arrives, you can do so at half the price. The DLC has its own Steam page as well so if you want to add it to your wishlist, you can do it as well.
