Pokémon Conference

Nintendo has announced not one but two Pokémon related events which will be full of Pokémon news. First off, we have a Pokémon Conference which is planned for tomorrow which is May 28, 2018, while the second announced event is a Pokémon Direct which will solely focus on more news on Pokémon Sword and Shield and it is slated for June 5, 2019.

The next week is going to be very big for Pokémon fans around the world because of these two Pokémon focuses events. Starting with the Pokémon Conference taking place tomorrow, fans of Pokémon will be able to learn new updates from the world of Pokémon and the future plans of the franchise.

Pokémon Conference Direct

Ever since Pokémon Sword and Shield were announced two months ago, fans were desperately waiting for new updates and information on this brand new Pokémon adventure. Similar to last year’s Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu & Eevee, both Sword and Shield are going to be released as separate titles. It will explore a brand new region of Galar which has never been seen before in any Pokémon game.

The Galar region will bring with it a brand new world of never before seen Pokémon and cities. The region has some of the best looking countrysides, cities, plains and snow-covered mountains making it a very diverse region. Divers regions only mean more diverse types of Pokémon in the game as well. Players will explore the local gyms and try to beat their leaders in order to become the ultimate Champion of Galar region.

During its reveal, there was very little information revealed about the Galar region, its inhabitants and the games that are slated for release later this year. The upcoming events will reveal more information and development updates of Pokémon Sword and Shield. We will love to see actual gameplay in the brand new Galar region.
