Below we have detailed where to find Memory Alloy and how you can farm them.

Where to Find Memory Allow / How to Farm

Memory Alloys are only dropped by the P-33 robot enemies that are found in the B2 level of Junk Heap. These large robots pack a punch and will challenge you when facing them in battles. Defeating the P-33 robots gives you a chance of a dropped item you are looking for, which in this case is the Memory Alloy.

The good thing about this area and the enemies is that you can easily farm Memory Alloy by choosing to defeat as many P-33 robots as you want to ensure you have enough materials in the end. When you first enter this area, you can fight the P-33 along with the other robot enemies for other resource materials. Or, you can just focus on the P-33 enemies, exit with the materials in the hand, save the game and return back to fight the respawned P-33 enemies.

This method allows you to return to the B2 Junk Heap multiple times and to collect as much Memory Alloy you can get. This is also the area where you can find the Titanium Alloy by defeating the smaller robots.
