iRacing Studios and NASCAR have officially unveiled the Cover Stars for NASCAR 25, along with its soundtrack. NASCAR 25’s cover will be graced by superstar drivers William Byron (‘24/’25 Daytona 500 Champion), Christopher Bell (‘25 NASCAR All-Star Race Champion), and Ryan Blaney (‘23 NASCAR Cup Series Champion). NASCAR 25 is the first standalone console title produced by iRacing, the developer known for the highly authentic motorsport racing simulation game iRacing.
William Byron commented on him being on the cover for NASCAR 25:
It’s really special to be on the cover because it’s one of those moments in your career where you feel like you’ve made it.
Christopher Bell also added:
I just remember being a kid and going every single year when the new games would come out, and I’d wait to see who was going to be on the cover. The fact that I’m on the cover is something that I never would have dreamed of in a million years.
Apart from revealing the Cover Stars, the developers have also announced the soundtrack list that will be featured in the full release of the title. The full soundtrack is now live on Spotify as well, so you can start listening to some of the tunes from the game right now, such as “Time Bomb” by Whiskey Myers, “Hypnotize” by System of a Down, “Liar” by Jelly Roll, and “Burn It Down” by Parker McCollum.
The game will feature all four premier NASCAR series – the NASCAR Cup Series, Xfinity Series, Craftsman Truck Series, and, appearing along NASCAR series in a standalone
title for the very first time, the ARCA Menards Series. All four series, along with real drives from each, will feature in the game’s Career Mode. This mode will allow you to customize your own driver and vehicles, manage contracts, money, facility, and staff. You will need to make strategic choices on and off track that play a pivotal role in your journey to becoming a NASCAR Cup Series champion. You will also be able to try these four series in the game’s other gameplay modes, such as quick races, seasons, and online multiplayer.
NASCAR 25 is not the first racing game to come from the studios of iRacing, because apart from their racing sim, iRacing, the developer is also known for some other great racing titles like NASCAR Racing 2003, NASCAR: Dirt to Daytona, and different entries in the NASCAR Thunder. They are bringing their decades of racing experience to the table with NASCAR 25, and its release is not far now. NASCAR 25 is slated for release on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on October 14, 2025. A PC version will follow later as well.
