Once the Great Mines section is complete, Tokabi will hand over the Teleporter Chip in Sol Valley, opening up a brand-new task for players in Metroid Prime 4: Beyond. Your goal now is to track down six mech parts that have been scattered throughout the harsh desert. To collect these Mech Parts, you must have the Teleporter Chip with you; otherwise, you will not be able to collect them even if you find them earlier in the game. In this Metroid Prime 4: Beyond Mech Parts Guide, we will show you where you can find all six mech parts in the Sol Valley.
All Mech Part Locations in Metroid Prime 4: Beyond
G.F. Debris Site #1 – Near Fury Green Entrance
The first mech part is located at a G.F. Debris site just southeast of the entrance to Fury Green. At this location, you will notice a vehicle crashed into a building. You need to use the Psychic Lasso to pull the vehicle away. This will uncover a chest protector mech part underneath. Interact with it to attach a Teleporter Patch.
G.F. Debris Site #2 – South Sol Valley
The second mech part is found at a G.F. Debris site on the southern side of Sol Valley, positioned between the Volt Forge and Flare Pool. Look at the top of the building at this site. The mech part is clearly visible here. Simply interact with it to teleport it once you have the required patches.
G.F. Debris Site #3 – East Edge of Sol Valley
Another mech part is located on the eastern side of Sol Valley, directly across the map from Fury Green’s entrance. When you approach the flashing capsule, a boss fight with Varmis will begin. To defeat it, drive Vi-O-La into the orb at the end of its tail. Then switch to Morph Ball, enter its throat, and place a Power Bomb near the flashing capsule. Once the explosion finishes, the mech part can be collected by interacting with it.
G.F. Debris Site #4 – North Sol Valley
In North Sol Valley, you will find a mech arm attached to a building at another G.F. Debris site. Use a Thunder Shot to strike the arm and knock it to the ground. After it falls to the ground, interact with it to teleport the mech part to Myles.
Ice Belt Entrance
There is a mech part close to the Ice Belt entrance, but reaching it requires a short detour:
- Enter Ice Belt
- Move past the elevator
- In the hallway beyond, use Psychic Grapple to reach a higher path
- Follow this route until you arrive near the Ice Belt entrance
You can find the mech part there.
Flare Pool Lava Area
The last mech part is located in Flare Pool, near the area with the large lava pool. Return to this section and walk down the ramp leading toward the lava pool. At the bottom, use a Super Missile to destroy the large boulder. Follow the newly opened path until you reach the final room.
Here, scan the charged particle cannon on a ledge. This scan will trigger a fight with Behemoth. After defeating the enemy, you will be able to interact with the final mech part and send it away.
