The Tiger Lake-H 11th Gen Core i9 features two CPUs, including the flagship of the family, the Intel Core i9-11980HK. The i9-11980HK is 8 cores, 16 threads CPU with 24 MB of L3 cache. The 11980HK has a base clock speed of 2.6 GHz (45W) which is configurable up to 3.3 GHz (65W) and boost clocks rated at up to 5.0 GHz on 1 – 2  cores, and 4.5 GHz on all cores. The Intel Core i9-11980HK will feature a 65W cTDP and also supports overclocking.

The second i9 CPU is the Core i9-11900H which is also 8 core 16 thread. The core i9-11900H has a base clock of 2.1 GHz. The core i9-11900H has a max boost clock of 4.9 GHz on 1-2 cores and 4.4 GHz on all cores. Both CPUs will feature the Intel UHD graphics chip featuring Xe GPU with 32 EUs (256 cores) with a base clock of 350 MHz and a boost clock of 1.45 GHz.

Next are the i7 CPUs which only feature 1 model, the core i7-11800H. The i7-11800H is also an 8 core 16 thread option and has a base clock of 2.4 GHz at 45W configuration. It has an all-core boost frequency of 4.2 GHz. The Intel Core i7 CPUs don’t feature the Intel Thermal Velocity Boost 3.0 technology hence the 300 MHz boost clock difference between the i9-11900H and the i7-11800H.

Finally, it is the 11th Gen Tiger Lake-H Core i5 CPUs which feature two models, the Core i5-11400H and the Core i5-11260H. Both are 6 core and 12 thread processors. The Core i5-11400H has a base clock of 2.7 GHz at 45W and the Core i5-11260H has a 2.6 GHz base at 45W. They boost to 4.1 and 4.0 GHz respectively.

The Core i5-11400H features UHD graphics with clock speeds of up to 1.45 GHz while the Core i5-11260H goes to 1.4 GHz. The Intel Core i5 Tiger Lake-H CPUs support just DDR4-2933 memory compared to DDR4-3200 for the Core i9 and Core i7 parts.

The Intel 11th Gen Tiger Lake-H family of CPU is planned to release in the 2nd quarter of 2021 so we can see them in laptops soon after.
