Horizon Wilds are officially taking over Forza Horizon for the new few weeks and we have the very first set of challenges to complete for this week’s Festival Playlist. The playlist is starting with a brand-new Treasure Hunt which will have you running around banking Skillscore in rally cars. We have curated this Forza Horizon 5 Retro Skills to Pay the Bills Treasure Hunt Guide that will help you complete this week’s challenge easily.
Retro Skills to Pay the Bills Treasure Hunt Guide – Forza Horizon 5
Just like always, we will begin by analyzing the clue for this week. The clue for this week is ‘Banking 25K required serious skill back in the 80s. Do you rally think you can do it?’ and this clue is accompanied by a picture of a 1989 Porsche #65 Rothsport Racing 911 “Desert Flyer” kicking up some dust in the dunes. From the picture, we can easily deduce that you need to bank a SkillScore of 25,000 or over points while driving a rally car from the 1980s so it is from the Classic Rally category. You can pick any vehicle from this category that you like and bank 25,000 SkillScore in FreeRoam.
Once you have banked the required amount of SkillScore, the game will give you a notification that you have solved the challenge. Once done, you can find the treasure chest at the location marked below on the map in the small area that is filled with large solar panels, off the main highway. :
For this week, the treasure chest is sitting next to the small hut inside the area with all of the Solar Panels. Once you enter from the main path, it sits right ahead. Once you have smashed the treasure chest, you will be rewarded with 100 Forzathon Points and 3 Points towards your Festival Playlist completion.
That is all for this guide. If you need help with this week’s photo challenge, we have a dedicated Forza Horizon 5 WildHorizons Photo Challenge Guide so make sure that you check it out. For additional help with the game, we have additional guides linked below for you:
