How to Defeat Red Widow
If you had to compare the Redi Widow with the Krell Guardian then she is a trickier boss to beat. In addition to the two guards that you have to beat before you can actually face her, the attacks she uses in this battle are quite powerful and enough to keep you on your toes at all times.
When you first enter the area, her two guards immediately show up to fight you, while the Red Widow will stand by until you beat both the guards. The guards are powerful enemies as well, with a series of attacks with their blade staff. The good thing about this battle phase is that the guards rarely attack at the same time, leaving you to focus on one of them. However, they will switch around to fight you, where one will step in to fight you.
Both the guards have the same type of attacks, where one of their main attacks is a staff swinging move that ends with a leap and smash in front. This attack has a long animation while it always requires you to keep moving back and not getting caught with a hit. You can also defend yourself if you have a shield, allowing you to parry and counter-attack.

The second electric attack is where she shoots a bolt of electricity straight-ahead pointing towards you. This means that you have to dodge sideways pretty quickly as it is a fast attack, but is also indicated by the electric charge animation
Your strategy in the fight is to go in with a hammer and shield. This is because you can defend with most of her attacks, while always looking to counter-attack with a charged attack. A charged attack with a hammer takes a good chunk of HP out from the Red Widow, while the rest of the battle is rinse and repeat of this technique.
