This Crimson Desert Righteous Verdict Sword Guide shows where you can get the legendary two-handed sword early in the game. In Crimson Desert, the Righteous Verdict is a unique two-handed sword that may not look overpowered at first, but it has great potential. It attacks quickly and comes with several abyss gear slots, which means you can upgrade it to become very strong later in the game. Even though it doesn’t include any top-tier gear by default, it is still a solid weapon worth picking up early.
Righteous Verdict Sword Guide – Crimson Desert
You can find the Righteous Verdict inside a hidden cave at the Nightfell Expedition Camp. This camp is located in the southern part of Demeniss, just east of the Steel Mountains.
The sword already comes with decent stats, including good attack power of 23, faster attack speed of level 2, and a boosted critical rate of level 3. It also has five slots for abyss gear, giving you room to improve it further as you progress.
Getting to the Camp
There are no special requirements to unlock this weapon, so you can go for it whenever you want. If you are starting from Pororin Village, head southeast to reach the Nightfell Expedition Camp quickly. We have marked its location on the map below:
However, be careful as the area is heavily guarded. Righteous Inquisitors occupy the camp, and there are quite a few of them. If you rush in without a plan, you might get overwhelmed.
A safer way to deal with them is to eliminate enemies one at a time with arrows. This lets you fight smaller groups instead of facing everyone at once, making things much easier if your gear isn’t very strong yet.
Finding the Hidden Cave
Once the enemies are under control, move toward the southern side of the camp and then head west. You will notice some stairs leading to a rocky opening. Go inside and follow the narrow path until you reach a waterfall.
Behind this waterfall, there is another path with stairs leading up to a closed door. Push the door open, and you will enter a large chamber with a gap in the middle.
Crossing the Chamber
To move forward, you need to get across the gap. You can do this by carefully jumping across the pillars, or you can use Force Palm to boost yourself up and glide over. You don’t need to worry if you fall, as you won’t lose progress. Just climb back up and try again.
Claiming the Righteous Verdict
After crossing the room, open the next door and continue along the path. Soon, you will reach another room where the sword is placed in the center.
Simply approach it and take it. Once you have it, you can start upgrading it and fitting it with better abyss gear to turn it into a powerful weapon for your build.
