Getting the Artificial Lungs
You can find the Organ Transport Box container inside the Garage area of the Care Center, sitting on the back of a parked transport truck.
To unlock the Organ Transport Box, open your inventory and check the Organ Transport Box. You need to rotate the box to reveal its rectangular panel on one side. Interacting with this panel will open the control section, revealing several switches and a dial that must be adjusted correctly.
Begin solving by lowering the second switch from the left side. This yellow switch is labeled number two. After that, lower the fifth switch, which is another yellow switch located on the right side of the panel.
Once both of these switches are down, focus on the larger black switch at the far right. Move this switch upward until it reaches the middle position. After setting the switches, turn the dial clockwise until it points to the Hand label. Finally, rotate the dial again in the opposite direction until it moves to the Auto setting.
When the controls are set correctly, the box will unlock. You will receive the Artificial Lungs, which are needed for the corpse puzzle.
Getting the Artificial Heart
The second item required for the puzzle is the Artificial Heart. This item must also be collected before you attempt to interact with the body in the Examination Room. You can find this in the Care Center’s Cold Storage on the far end of the West Wing.
Once you have both artificial organs in your inventory, you will be ready to complete the puzzle.
Solving the Organless Corpse Puzzle
After obtaining both organs, head to the Examination Room where the Organless Corpse is lying on the examination table. Interact with the body to inspect it.
First, place the Artificial Lungs into the corpse. After that, insert the Artificial Heart. When both organs have been placed inside the body, the puzzle will technically be completed, but you need to remain cautious. As soon as the organs are inserted, the corpse suddenly comes back to life and starts attacking you. You need to kill it.
Final Reward for Completing the Puzzle
Once the revived corpse has been defeated, it will drop an important item called the Level 2 Wristband. This key item allows you to access more restricted areas in the facility.
