To solve the Organ Transport Box Puzzle, firstly, we need to find the box. The Organ Transport Box is located inside the Care Center’s Garage. However, you cannot access this area immediately. To enter the garage, you first need the Level 1 ID Wristband. This wristband can be picked up from a body lying outside the Lead Researcher’s Office in the East Wing.
Once you get your hands on the wristband, head toward the garage area. Open the garage and walk all the way to the back. You will notice a transport truck parked there, and the Organ Transport Box can be found on the back of this truck.
How to Unlock the Organ Transport Box
After you get the Organ Transport Box, you will need to solve the puzzle to open it. To begin solving the puzzle, open your inventory and inspect the Organ Transport Box. Rotate the box, and you will see a rectangular panel on its side. You need to interact with this panel, which will open it and reveal several switches and a dial that control the lock mechanism.
You will start solving this puzzle by pulling down the second switch on the left. This is the yellow switch labeled ‘2’. Once that switch has been lowered, move to the other side and pull down the yellow switch labeled number 5.
After both switches are in the lowered position, look at the larger black switch on the far right. Lift this switch upward until it reaches the middle level.
Next, focus on the dial. Turn the dial clockwise until it points to the Hand label. Once it is set there, rotate the dial again. This time, rotate it downward until it reaches the Auto setting. When you do this combination correctly, the Transport Box will open.
