This Resident Evil Requiem Antique Coin Locations Guide details the locations for all Antique Coins in the game. In Resident Evil Requiem, players can collect 22 Antique Coins while playing as Grace inside the Care Center. These coins are mainly used to unlock useful upgrades in the Parlor lockers. These collectibles are not tied to any trophies or achievements.
Antique Coin Locations Guide – Resident Evil Requiem
You only need 17 coins to purchase every upgrade, which includes extra inventory space, increased weapon stability, higher maximum health, and a larger Blood Collector capacity, meaning some coins are optional.
All Antique Coin Locations – Care Center at Rhodes Hill
The locations below apply to Casual and Standard difficulty, as their positions change completely on Insanity difficulty. In Insanity mode, enemies often drop them instead.

| 1 | Nurses’ Station | You will enter the Nurses’ Station after the first encounter with the large monster. Inside the station, a cart will be placed on the left side. Climb onto it and look on top of the locker. The Coin will be there. Make sure to grab it before pushing the cart away. |
| 2 | Guard Office | Inside the Guard Office, there is a safe room with a typewriter. The coin is resting on the top of the desk. |
| 3 | Corridor near the Filing Room | Walk north from the Filing Room into the hallway. The coin can be found along this corridor. |
| 4 | Bar & Lounge | Inside the Bar & Lounge area, check the piano. One coin is sitting on top of it. |
| 5 | Bar & Lounge | Defeat the singing enemy wearing a white dress in this room. She drops an Antique Coin after being defeated. |
| 6–8 | Bar & Lounge Safe | Behind the three enemies, including the lady singer enemy, there is a safe placed on the counter containing three coins. On Casual difficulty, the combination is Left 10, Right 80, Left 30. Normally, the code appears later in a document, but you can open it earlier if you already know it. For Insanity, the combination is Right 20, Left 50, Right 30. |
| 9 | Parlor | You will obtain the Red Jewel from the Chairman’s Office inside the Unicorn Trinket Box. Unlock the Parlor door through this in the West Wing. Inside the room, check the roulette table to find a coin. |
| 10 | Parlor | In the same room, another coin is sitting on the bar counter. |
| 11 | Parlor | Move behind the counter, where you got the previous coin in the Parlor, and break the porcelain container to reveal another coin hidden inside. |
| 12–14 | Examination Room Safe | After unlocking the East Wing with the keycard, enter the Examination Room. There will be a cabinet in the corner, and you will find a safe holding three coins. The Casual difficulty combination is Right 30, Left 10, Right 50. For Insanity, the combination is Left 50, Right 30, Left 90. |
| 15 | Waiting Room | When you place a foot into the Waiting Room, look at the table directly ahead. The coin is placed on top of the table. |
| 16–17 | Waiting Room Safe | In the same room, check the open safe located near a document. Two coins are hidden inside it. |
| 18 | Hallway Outside Waiting Room | Just outside the Waiting Room, before going upstairs, a coin is placed on the table. |
| 19 | Hallway Vase | There is a white vase right next to the previous coin. Break it to reveal another coin hidden inside. |
| 20 | Conference Room 2nd Floor | Enter the Conference Room on the 2nd floor. The coin is placed on a white desk near the entrance. |
| 21 | Conference Room | In the same area, another singing zombie enemy drops a coin when defeated. |
| 22 | Courtyard | In Central Hall, open the Quartz door and walk down the circular staircase, then turn around to find the coin on a chair between the staircases. |
