During the fight, stay mobile and use forward-left dodges to slip behind Kusanagi. Land a few quick strikes with your Dual Ninja Swords until your Ninjutsu gauge fills. Once ready, create space and unleash all your Ninjutsu from a safe distance. At the same time, activate your summoning seals to stack additional damage. By this stage in the game, you should have two summoning slots available, so equip both and rotate between them while throwing Ninjutsu.
This approach allows you to avoid staying in close combat for too long. Most of the battle becomes a cycle of attacking briefly, backing away, and bombarding him with Ninjutsu and summons while focusing on clean dodges. Since the sorceress is not your priority, ignoring her reduces unnecessary pressure and keeps the fight simple.
