Prototype Weapon Guide – Code Violet
Finding the prototype weapon is a two-step process. We have detailed it below:
Finding the Secret Key
The first step is to find and secure the secret key, which is required to access the Prototype Weapon. This is done once you arrive at the Bioengineering Lab. This is the second location of the main story of the game. Once you arrive at the Bioengineering Lab, cross the first corridor, and you will arrive in a large room that has some glass windows on one side of the room. Shoot these glass windows and allow the water to flood inside. Go towards the windows, and you will find the secret key lying on the floor, next to the broken glass windows. Pick it up.
Locating the Prototype Weapon, Helix Cannon
After you pick up the secret key, keep progressing through the main story of the game until you arrive at Starbridge Mansion. This is the last area in the game. From the main lobby of the mansion, turn left and go up the stairs until you reach a locked door. Use the secret key to open this door and then go inside. Inside, you will find the Helix Cannon and some ammo for it. Pick it up.
