Season 1 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Zombies brings a lot of new content and maps, and Zombies players get the brand-new map Astra Malorum. This map takes you to a floating-space observatory connected to Liberty Falls, where you complete a quest while fighting off waves of undead zombies. Astra Malorum has several secrets hidden around the map, but one thing every player must do is activate the Pack-a-Punch. To do that, you first need to turn on the power, which only takes a few quick steps. Where the Pack-a-Punch Is Located in Black Ops 7 Zombies Astra Malorum

The Pack-a-Punch Machine is found in the Observatory Dome. You can reach this area by following two different routes. If you are not playing in Cursed Mode, the game will mark every path with an objective icon, but here is an explanation of both paths.

Path 1 – Through Museum Infinitum

1. From the Crash Site, open the door to Museum Infinitum.
2. From Museum Infinitum, unlock the door to Scholar’s Way.
3. Keep moving forward into Machina Astralis.
4. Open the door that leads into the Archive of Orbs.
5. Continue through the Archive of Orbs into The Veilwalk.
6. The Veilwalk will take you straight to the Observatory Dome.

Path 2 – Through The Luminarium

1. From the Crash Site, open the door to The Luminarium.
2. From there, unlock the doorway leading to the Abyssal Rim.
3. Move through the end of the Abyssal Rim.
4. Buy the door that takes you directly into the Observatory Dome.

How to Turn on the Power in Astra Malorum

When you enter the Observatory Dome for the first time, you won’t see the Pack-a-Punch. Instead, you will find a large telescope and a device called the Harmonic Oculus.
To activate the power on in Astra Malorum, you must interact with this device.

Interact With the Harmonic Oculus

Walk up to the Harmonic Oculus and interact with it. After doing this, you will be asked to collect two items, which are needed to fix the device. These items can even be picked up before you start the quest. If you are not in Cursed Mode, the items will be marked on your map, but here is where to find them:

• Component 1: Located in Machina Astralis, next to the Arsenal Machine.
• Component 2: Found in The Luminarium, near the Stellar Dissector Trap.

Pick up both pieces and return to the Observatory Dome. Return to the Harmonic Oculus and interact with it to place the two components. Then, interact with the side panel of the device to power it up.

This will start a 45-second lockdown where you must defend the device from zombies. During this short fight, make sure no zombies hit or damage the Harmonic Oculus. If the device gets destroyed, you will need to redo the entire step in the next round.

Once the lockdown ends, the Pack-a-Punch machine will appear right below the telescope. You can use it anytime to upgrade weapons, and unlike the Pack-a-Punch in Ashes of the Damned, this one stays in the same place for the whole game.
