These are special upgrades that can change your bullets and weapons’ effects, such as electric, toxic, or frost, and help you deal with tougher enemies as the game progresses. Some even let you turn zombies into friends who fight beside you.
All Ammo Mods Detailed
The following are the ammo mods available in BO7. There is a total of 6 available.
- Dead Wire
- Effect: With this, your bullets can deal electric damage to your enemy.
- Shots can stun both a normal and special enemy and create a small electric damage field around them.
- Unlock Level: 0
- Cryo Freeze
- Effect: With this, your bullets can deal frost damage to your enemy.
- Each shot can slow normal or special enemies and make them take extra damage.
- Unlock Level: 12
- Fire Works
- Effect: With this mod, when you attack enemies(normal/special), there is a chance that your bullets will launch fireworks that target nearby enemies.
- Unlock Level: 18
- Napalm Burst
- Effect: With this, your bullets can deal fire damage to your enemy.
- Shots can set enemies(normal/special) on fire, dealing damage over time.
- Unlock Level: 35
- Shadow Rift
- Effect: With this, your bullets can deal shadow damage to your enemy.
- Hits may create a small black hole on the enemy, sucking in nearby enemies and dropping some from above at high speed.
- Unlock Level: 44
- Brain Rot
- Effect: With this, your bullets can deal toxic damage to your enemy.
- Shots may temporarily let you turn zombies into friends who fight beside you.
- Unlock Level: 51
