ARC Raiders, we know, is all about looting and fighting. You need to collect valuable loot and make it back safely to Speranza, your base. But making it back to Speranza with all the loot is not easy. You will have to face the ARC machines and rival players. If you die while fighting them, then your hard-earned loot may also be lost. However, there is a way to protect your most valuable items even if you die during the mission or extraction. You can do it by using Safe Pockets. Safe Pocket Guide – ARC Raiders
Safe Pockets, as the name suggests, save your loot from any enemy, even after your character dies during a mission. Everything else will drop, besides the things in the Safe Pocket. This feature is perfect for rare or high-value items like legendary weapons, blueprints, or expensive loot.
Before you can use Safe Pockets, make sure your character has an Augment equipped, other than the “Free Loadout Augment.” Equipping any other Augment unlocks a Safe Pocket slot in your inventory.
Once you have it, using Safe Pockets is simple:
- On PC, drag and drop the item into your Safe Pocket.
- On a controller, select the item, press the action button, and choose “Move to Safe Pocket.”
How to Increase Safe Pockets
At the start, you will only have one Safe Pocket, but you can increase the number as you progress. To get a second one, look for the Looting MK.2 Augment, which can be found during raids or bought from Lance the Trader at the Clinic.
Once you equip the Looting MK.2 Augment, your total Safe Pockets increase from one to two. If you get your hands on the Epic version of this Augment, this number increases from two to three.
With Safe Pockets, you can secure more legendary loot and valuable items without the fear of losing everything.
