EssentialPIM is the perfect companion that manages your personal information and data all in one place. I got to review the EssentialPIM Pro version of the manager on PC without any hiccups, but to only make things easier on myself. The best part about EssentialPIM Pro is that it comes with everything you can think of, from several cloud sync options to managing your data, passwords, tasks, email, appointments, meetings, and much more. With EssentialPIM Pro, everything is neatly managed with clear instructions to what’s your next agenda.
The manager itself gives you the choice to get the free version or the Pro version, which is what I used for this review. Whether you choose the free or the paid version, you will appreciate how light the software is and how the main interface is well organized and positioned. Setting up your personal information like syncing contacts, emails, reminds and passwords will take some time and getting used to, but once you get it done, you are all set in a jiffy.
On the far left side of the main interface, you have a small menu that contains your tasks, notes, agendas for the day, contacts, email, and passwords all organized in a simple manner. Switching between these menus is unsurprisingly smooth and easy, without the hassle of sorting out between clutters nor does the software lag at any moment. If you have your contacts and email set up in EssentialPIM, your tasks, passwords, notes, and reminders will all sync in seamlessly with the software.
While EssentialPIM will look pretty basic and simple, it is obvious it is to make things easier for the user. But don’t be fooled by the looks, especially if you are wondering if the manager lacks additional features. Well, there are several little features hiding behind the main interface, all tailored to manage your software, change its looks, change how things work that suit your style.
EssentialPIM is nothing new, it has been out for years now, with many recommendations. Although I don’t trust my personal information nor tasks with anyone, let alone any software, EssentialPIM Pro changed my perspective immediately and had me organized in a matter of minutes. After getting used to it on PC, I also got the mobile version that made things even easier with other daily tasks to simple reminders and notes.

EssentialPIM Pro is the way to go if you want to be productive with your daily tasks and agendas. The software is far from being bulky, laggy, and ineffective compared to other similar managers in the online market. The design and function of the software is meant to do what it is supposed to do, and help the user with their personal information. The best thing about the manager is that it is free, while EssentialPIM Pro gives you a free trial for a month to check out the features. In my opinion, the most rational option would be the fully licensed version with one-time payment, which hands you all the right features you can want.
