How to Celebrate
You don’t necessarily have to score to celebrate, and you will notice this after a good run when the game prompts you to celebrate following your move. This can be done by holding the L2 button on the PlayStation 4 controller, which will allow you to perform a random celebratory move. The game does not let you choose the type of celebration when you have the ball in hand, but lets you activate it.
There is, however, a risk to this, as a celebratory run can throw you off balance which might have you lose the ball, and worse, land it in the hands of the defenders.
On the other hand, you can choose a celebration of your liking after a big play. This is indicated by the four choices that show up on the screen for you to choose from and perform. The choices vary from the type of play that you make. To perform this celebration, you need to select with the right analog stick and choose one of the celebrations that you want.
