Hero Heart Fragments are pieces of a hot-blooded hero’s fiery soul, where collecting four such fragments will increase your max vitality. In total, there are 20 Hero Heart Fragments that you can find in the game.

Below we have detailed all the locations where you can find the Hero Heart Fragments.
Hero Heart Fragment #1
This fragment can be found in Operation 001-A where it will be on the bridge you lower before starting mission 014. Here you will need to use the Wonderful Rising to get on the building on the right that is on fire. You will find the fragment on this building.
Hero Heart Fragment #2
In Operation 001-B, you will have to beat all the enemies in Mission 006 and then use the Unite Hammer to slam on the clock. This will drop out a box containing the fragment.
Hero Heart Fragment #3
In the same operation as before, go to the stadium lobby and then up the stairs. You need to reach the ceiling area where the fragment is, so use the double jump to get high up.
Hero Heart Fragment #4
This fragment can be found in Operation 002-A, and after you beat the You-Houghs. The fragment is in the sky so you will have to use one of their ships to fly south to get it.
Hero Heart Fragment #5
In Operation 002-B, make sure you have at least 100 heroes on your team. In the 001 mission, go to towards the area with the three vents. Now you have to make the Unite Ball and then head inside the vent which will launch you up towards the fragment.
Hero Heart Fragment #6
This fragment is obtained in the same way as before but in Operation 003-B. Before you destroy the spiked ball, head towards the vent with your 100 heroes and then let it launch you up towards the fragment.
Hero Heart Fragment #7
This fragment is easily missable as it is off the screen, and can only be accessed once you make the Wonder line towards the area. When you are inside the Stratospheric 1 in Mission 005, make the line on the left and it will take you towards the fragment.
Hero Heart Fragment #8
This fragment can be found in Operation 004-A where it will be on the balcony in Mission 013. Make a Wonder Chain up towards the railing and you will be able to reach high enough to get the fragment.
Hero Heart Fragment #9
This fragment can be found in Operation 004-B, and after you bet the Dough-Goos. Now jump on the submarine and then onto the pillar where the fragment is.
Hero Heart Fragment #10
When you are in the Operation 005-A, you will first need to defeat the You-Houghs and then use the ship to fly northwest to the fragment.
Hero Heart Fragment #11
In Operation 005-A, you will go to an area after Wonder Black joins your team, and just before you fight the Dooras. There is a crate that will be spinning, and you have to hit it to get the fragment inside.
Hero Heart Fragment #12
This fragment can be found in Operation 005-B where it will be in the 001 mission. You will need to get to the area where the water is flowing and then hit the boulder to find the fragment inside. Make a ladder with the Unite Chain to reach the ramp.
Hero Heart Fragment #13
This fragment is found in the 004 mission of Operation 006-A. after you fight the Diedough-Goo and place the cube in the slot, head back to the area where you fought and then make a circle on the floor to reveal the hidden fragment.
Hero Heart Fragment #14
In the fourth mission of Operation 006-B, you will be in the area with the torches. Make a line on the shape in the middle as it will reveal the fragment.
Hero Heart Fragment #15
In Operation 007-A you will be on a large platform in the second mission. Go to the right and make a bridge towards the small platform where a yellow crate contains the fragment
Hero Heart Fragment #16
In the same operation as before, you need to go to the area where you fought the Gurry Dooras, and then go in the vent. This will launch you up to the fragment.
Hero Heart Fragment #17
In the fourth mission of Operation 008-A, make a line on the side of the school and then on to the platform. There I a red crate here that you can get the fragment from.
Hero Heart Fragment #18
This fragment can be found in Operation 008-B, where it will be in the third mission. When you activate the geyser, use it to launch up towards the fragment.
Hero Heart Fragment #19
This fragment can be found in Operation 009-B where it will be in the second room with the crates. Open the pink crate to get the fragment.
Hero Heart Fragment #20
The last fragment can be found in Operation 009-C where it will be in the area where you fight Jergingha. You will get the fragment automatically.
