How to Unlock New Quest
In the new patch that brings the Ishgardian Restoration, a new quest can be accessed by players. To unlock the new quest, you need to first complete the quest called Litany of Peace which is in the Dragonsong War story.
After you have completed the quest, you also have to make sure that your player level is at level 60. When you have fulfilled both the conditions, you can now head to Ishgard for the new quest. The quest can be found at Foundation, and all you have to do is accept it to start it.
The quest itself starts when you have to go to Brume and talk to an NPC. From there, you will have to go to The Jeweled Crozier, and then back to Brome after the cutscene. To complete the quest, you have to contribute to Ishgardian Restoration. This can be done by rebuilding the Firmament with your gatherers and crafters.
Talk to the various NPCs inside the Firmament and then you can begin the contribution to rebuilding the Firmament.
