World War Z Classes Trailer – Six Different Playable Characters

World War Z Classes

Saber Interactive has dropped a new video of the World War Z classes trailer, showcasing the six different playable characters that will feature in the game. World War Z is a four-player cooperative game released in 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows. The game was announced at The Game Awards 2017.

The six different playable characters form a unique experience in World War Z. Each character has its strong and weak points. World War Z Classes will surely be balanced in every aspect but every character will reflect the play style of the player. Here are all the six different World War Z classes that will feature in the game.

World War Z Classes

  • Exterminator: Uses Molotov cocktails and gets increased fire damage.
  • Fixer: Has an explosive ammo case and perks that restore teammate ammo.
  • Gunslinger: The tank class. Focused on high weapon damage and ammo-boosting perks.
  • Hellraiser: Armed with C4 and other explosives.
  • Medic: The healer class. Has a Stim Pistol to heal teammates from a distance.
  • Slasher: Melee focused and equipped with a taser. This class’s perks focus on increasing close-quarter damage.

First, the exterminator class as seen in the video uses his Molotov cocktails to incinerate zombies. He is your fire damage guy. The Fixer character comes with an explosive ammo case and can restore teammate ammo. Fixers can come quite handy since everyone on the team will need to resupply as they shoot their way to the zombie horde.

Gunslinger is more focused on dealing high damage and is a DPS character in the team. He has ammo-boosting perks which will effectively give an edge if zombies come closer. He is also a tank class in the team. Hellraiser is packed with C4s, as seen in the trailer, he carries a C4 in both of his hands and throws at zombie hordes who try to climb a wall.

Our favorites from the trailer are Slasher and Medic. As seen in the video, the medic throws some kind of smoke bomb and passes right away from the zombies. This ability will certainly give a strategic advantage in the game. Second, the Slasher class is very useful in close quarters and zombies will eventually get to you, that is where this class character will shine the most.
