Ubisoft Adds New Game Plus for Far Cry 5 – Infamous Level, Rook Outfit

Ubisoft has announced a new difficulty level for Far Cry 5. Along with the New Game Plus, an unlockable outfit is also available in the latest update of the game. The newly introduced difficulty level is called Infamous level that can be accessed both in solo and co-op.

Far Cry 5 is a first-person shooter action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft Studios. It is the fifth installment in the Far Cry Series. Far Cry 5 is set in Hope County, Montana, which is a place in control by a fanatical cult known as the The Project at Eden’s Gate. The main antagonist is the cult leader Joseph Seed, also known as, The Father. In this game, you have to fight with the resistance and defeat the cult that has taken over Hope County.

Players who are looking for a tougher challenge can try out the new game plus’s Infamous difficulty. In this mode, AI has extra health and enemies hit harder. Moreover, enemies will respond more quickly once you are spotted.

If you decide to try out the Infamous difficulty, you will get to unlock the Rook Outfit and earn a Ubisoft Club Badge alone with a trophy achievement.

Existing perks like having bigger ammo bags and quicker cooldown times can also be stacked in the New Game Plus. This will allow players to further improve their abilities.

In addition, New game Plus will retain our progress from the original save file. It will carry over your weapons, vehicles, gear, money, outfits and unused perk points. The progression arcade and challenges are also retained.

Lastly, you can play the mode multiple times as each new game retains your progress. This helps you get stronger as each game start.
