Check out the latest gameplay trailer for Transport Fever 2: Console Edition before we jump into additional details:
The 9.5-minute trailer showcases plenty of vehicles that you will be able to control in the game. Apart from showcasing the game world and vehicles, the trailer also goes over some of the mechanics that you will use in the game to develop your transport empire using a fictional tropical island in the 1970s as an example. In Transport Fever 2: Console Edition, the prosperity of your transport enterprise is closely linked to the growth of your surrounding towns. The more these towns expand and become interconnected, the more your business will need to handle a growing number of users and goods, which will ultimately increase your revenue.
To achieve higher revenues, you can diversify your transport offerings by introducing a variety of services such as buses, rail, air, sea, and a lot more. This will make it easier to serve new areas within the same city and connect them to other urban areas as well. You can also increase the frequency and capacity of your transport services, modernize lines and add different improvements to help traffic circulation in the game and ultimately gain more profits for your business.
Transport Fever 2: Console Edition is a brand-new tycoon game where you create your own transport company and develop all the infrastructure required to maintain and grow it. You will transport not just goods but also passengers as you build your transport empire and contribute to the global economy. Urban Games is currently working hard to bring this game to the consoles with improved graphics, a revamped interface to suit the consoles, and controls adapted to controllers. Key features of Transport Fever 2: Console Edition include:
- Build all the transport connections required for a town to grow, from 1850 to the present day
- Develop complex transportation links using advanced interactive construction tools
- Control around 200 vehicles, real and historical: trains, buses, trams, trucks, planes, and ships
- Create your own maps on three different landscape types
- Become a major player in the town’s economy by improving access and trade: transport passengers as well as deliver raw materials and consumer cargo
