Steam usually does not announce the dates for its sales. They usually go up over night and no one mentions of the start date. The end dates ofcourse gets revealed later in the description of sale only after it gets live. A new leak tells us sale dates of Halloween, Autumn and Winter Steam sale.

According to the leak, which comes from twitter SkrSkrGVNG, Halloween Sale will be the first one in sale line to start by the end of this month. Then there will be Autumn sale and in last Winter sale.
Steam Halloween Sale
According to his tweets, the Halloween sale will be the shortest of all. It will start October 29 at 10am PT, 1pm ET, 5pm GMT. The sale will end on Thursday, November 1, 2018. Since the sale duration is very short, expect some heavy discounts of new games of this year, or hit games of last year.
Steam Autumn Sale
The Autumn Steam sale kick off in 3rd week of November. The sale will be available starting om November 21, 2018 at 9:55am PT, 12:55pm ET, 4:55pm GMT. The sale will last for complete one week and will end on Tuesday, November 27 at 10:5am PT, 1:5pm ET, 5:5pm GMT.
Steam Winter Sale
The Winter Steam sale will start just five days before the Christmas. The Winter sale will start on December 20 2018 in Thursday at 9:55am PT, 12:55pm ET, 4:55pm GMT. The Winter Steam sale are always the longest. Usually they last for 12-14 days. The Winter Steam sale will end Thursday January 3, 2018 at 10:5am PT, 1:5pm ET, 5:5pm GMT.
Since Steam does not announce any sale date officially, we will take this rumor to be base news. However, we suggest you to take the information as grain of salt and double check on above mentioned dates to see if the sales really go live or not.
