Indie developer Tactical Adventures has released a music video for the theme song of its upcoming RPG Solasta: Crown of the Magister. The music video features the brilliant theme World of Light featured in the game. The music video is the first in a series, a reward unlocked by backers during the Solasta: Crown of the Magister Kickstarter campaign however now it is available for everyone to enjoy.

Solasta: Crown of the Magister will get a full soundtrack release featuring 23 tracks, all of them which have been composed by Maxime Herve known for his work on ‘Beyond the Aquila Rift’. Love Death & Robots, Netflix 2019. The soundtrack has been produced and distributed by G4F Records, the music label behind Amplitude Studios, The Game Bakers, Pixel Reef, and more. Solasta: Crown of the Magister’s soundtrack is slated to release alongside the game on May 27 digitally or vinyl (pre-orders).
If you are unaware of Solasta: Crown of the Magister, it is an upcoming team-based tactical RPG where every player plays a critical role in the campaign and can in return become a hero. The game’s dynamic and mysterious world features elements of verticality which means that players can use their surroundings to their advantage. Light is an important tool in the world of Solasta: Crown of the Magister as it will light your path in the depths and hallows of dungeons and also against the creatures of the dark.
Players can use the verticality in different scenarios, for example, they can send their rogue down into shafts and caverns to scout ahead and lure the enemies out where they can position their ranged characters on high vantage points to take them down quickly. However, all of this still requires careful planning because a single false move can give away player positions to enemies and foil the whole strategy.
Solasta: Crown of the Magister is currently available as an Early Access title on Steam and GoG and if you do not want to wait for the May 27, 2021, full release, you can buy the game right now and jump in the action.
