Japan based software developer tri-Ace has announced that it has remastered edition of Resonance of Fate 4K/HD . The tactical gunplay RPG will come as a digital copy only for Playstation 4 and PC.
Resonance of Fate is known for its fateful story and intense gun battles, and it will look even better now that it is coming in high resolution. In addition, the score for the game is composed by Motoi Sakuraba and Kohei Tanaka.
Launch for the Resonance of Fate 4K /HD Edition began with the pre sales on the Playstation Store, while the PC version is available at Steam. The game is set to be released on October 10, 2018.
Resonance of Fate features characters called Zephyr, Vashyron and Leanny. The game is set in the distant future where mankind is nearing extinction and is ruled by Basel, which is a steam punk tower and a perpetual motion machine – a massive environmental conservation device of man’s own making running amuck. Resonance of Fate weaves a tale of emotional bonding and gun battles during the end of days.
The game was originally released for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 back in 2010. It was a smash hit but it made quite an impact thanks to its bizarre yet compelling systems, most notably the gun driven combat. While the game was turn based and strategic, combat and fights in Resonance of Fate felt straight out of an action game.
Outside combat, the game has a lot of customization options that include weapon scopes and sights. While character customization is just as deep, for example; Leanne alone can have customizations like changing of hair color, shirt, skirt, belt, headband, boots, gloves, eye color, glasses, with a staggering number of unlockable pieces available for each slot.
Resonance of Fate is releasing on October 10 and will be for $35 on both the Playstation Store and Steam store.
