Resident Evil 2 Steelbook Edition Will Release in Europe – Exclusive Claire Outfit

Resident Evil 2 releases January 25, 2019 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC Steam platform. Capcom has announced a steelbook edition of the game that will release in Europe. The steel book fancies an exclusive DLC outfit of Claire.

The news came from official Resident Evil twitter account. The tweet shows inside artwork of steelbook edition of the game. There is also an image of Claire’s ‘Elza Walker Costume’ which will be DLC outfit bundled in steelbook edition.

Previously, the deluxe edition of Resident Evil 2 was not announced for Europe region. EU users were to completely miss out on deluxe edition of the game. But the steelbook edition for Europe is even a sweet and better deal than deluxe edition.

Capcom has completely remade the original Resident Evil 2. There are major as well as minor noticebale differences in the game. The key differences are the modern graphics, third-person shoulder camera angle and more costumes. All these combined will create an experience never gone through before.

Resident Evil 2 will be a game that is for new users as well as the old fans of the community. Those of you who have already played the game in late 1990s will find this version of the game a totally new experience.

Ada Wong is another interesting character that was featured for the first time back in 1998 original Resident Evil 2. She is also a part of the remake version of the game. She may be a playable character that can be unlocked after story completion.

Capcom has done a fabulous job in remake of the game. The franchise deserve another take, one that is very different from what fans remembered back when Resident Evil 2 released. This could also be a fresh experience to a lot of people who were not around to play it for the first time.
