TAITO has announced the release date of its latest bubble-popping adventurer Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! and it comes out in less than a week. Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! is releasing on May 23, 2023, both digitally and physically on the Nintendo Switch. ININ Games is managing the game’s publishing on Nintendo Switch, and it offers both physical and digital copies filled with a brand-new online multiplayer experience and a cross-game feature.

ININ Games has also announced that both the original SNES version of Puzzle Bobble (Japanese) and Bust-A-Move (US) are also available separately for download at launch and are priced at 7.99 €. This means that whether you get the digital edition or the retail edition of the game, you will get a chance to relive these classic gems as well. Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! is the latest title in the iconic Puzzle Bobble series and in it, you will once again restore peace to the Rainbow Islands which have been invaded by bubbles.
One of the most prominent features of Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! is the addition of one Vs. one online battle against players from all over the world. Depending on your wins and losses, your ratings and classes will increase or decrease, allowing you to aim for the highest class and challenge the best Puzzle Bobble players out there in the world. The Password Matching function of the game will allow you to play online with your friends as long as the password is set up at both ends of the game.

- For the first time in the series, up to four players can play together in Story Mode!

Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! is slated for release exclusively on Nintendo Switch and the online features of the game will require a pad Nintendo Switch Online subscription. Additional platforms might be announced in the future but so far, we are getting the new game only on Nintendo’s portable console.
