Division 2

On November 10, 2018, there will be an X018 event in Mexico. The event focuses heavily on Xbox One games and news announcements. It has been confirmed recently that a playable demo of Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will be available to play at the event.

The news is officially announced by Microsoft in a tweet. The playable demo may be the last chance for players to get hands-on experience before the game releases. Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is scheduled to release on March 15, 2019, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Division 2 story takes players to war-torn Washington D.C. The game is a direct sequel to the first game that was released on March 8, 2016. The first game took place in New York City. The game showed how a massive-scale plague went viral through Black Friday and captured the city in terror.

The second game focuses on retaking the lost control over Washington D.C. The gameplay style is similar to the first game with few in-game changes like new gadgets, guns, and weapon class systems.

The sequel returns with the same elements as the first game. So far we have seen coop gameplay since E3 2018. However, developers have discussed that PVP and Darkzone will return in Tom Clancy’s The Divison 2.

There is no news on what segment of the game will be available in the demo at XO18. However, we assume Ubisoft may show more of the PVP and Darkzone side of the game at the event.

If you missed the playable demo earlier at the E3 event. Now maybe your last chance to get first-hand experience with the game before placing a pre-order.
