A new trailer released by CD Projekt RED for Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales shows gameplay and teases the story of the game. Fans of the Witcher series will soon be able to experience a new tale with this Witcher series spinoff.
Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales is available for pre-order now. The game launches on PC on October 23, 2018, while the console version will launch on December 4, 2018 for Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
The short trailer released introduces the game’s main character, Queen Meve of Lyria and Rivia as we as some other characters that will accompany her during the campaign story.
The world stands on the verge of chaos, as the tensions between the power-hungry Nilfgaardian Empire and proud Northern Realms grow. Facing an imminent invasion, Meve — war-veteran Queen of Lyria and Rivia — is forced to once again enter the warpath, and set out on a dark journey of destruction and revenge.
