New Dragon Age Game in Development – 3 years Away From Release

It has been quite some time that a new Dragon age game has not been showcased. A week ago, Bioware’s General Manager Casey Hudson teased that a new Dragon age game is in development and hinted to look forward for The Game Awards show. Now, a report from Venture Beat suggests that the game is several years away from release.

According to the report, the next Dragon age game is at least three years away. Also, the next game has not been titled as of yet. The report suggested that Bioware may reveal a title or official teaser trailer of new Dragon age game at The Game Awards 2018.

The report mentions that development of new Dragon age was confirmed back in January. However, at that time, Executive Producer Mark Darrah mentioned that there primary focus is on Anthem.

Anthem is now very much close to its launch. A week ago, Bioware started registration for its closed Alpha program. According to Bioware, the closed Alpha will start from December 8-9 and will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC Origin platform.

Bioware has officially confirmed that they will be present at The Game Awards and will showcase a new trailer on Anthem. Now that Bioware is done with development of Anthem, there next focus must be a new Dragon age game. We will have to wait till tomorrow to know more on roadmap of Bioware and Dragon age project.

The last dragon age game released was Dragon Age Inquisition. The game released November 18, 2014 on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Windows. The game continued solid formula of its genre and the game world was bigger than ever.

We can not wait to see more about the next Dragon age game. There is a good amount of fan following on Dragon age games and the community can not wait more to know on Bioware’s next project.
