Mortal Kombat 11 Announced Officially by Ed Boon – Releases in 2019

Mortal Kombat 11 announced officially by NetherRealm Studios founder Ed Boon. Ed Boon took to stage at The Game Awards to announce the winner of of the best sports or racing game award but in turn showcased the Mortal Kombat 11 trailer first. Mortal Kombat 11 releases April 29, 2019.

The trailer showcases amazing brutality fight between Scorpion and Dark Raiden in the destroyed world of Courtyard stage from the first Mortal Kombat. Both of the characters look differently than usual but that is Ed Boon’s style of using the MK universe. The trailer showed that more information on the game will be revealed in a community event to be held January 17, 2019.

The end of reveal trailer gives more information about Mortal Kombat 11. Pre-ordering the game will give you access to play with Shao Kahn. Also, pre-order will allow players to participate in Beta Access. The pre-order of Mortal Kombat 11 will begin December, 7, 2018. The game will release on consoles and PC. The announcement trailer of Mortal Kombat X was also amazing. Ed Boon has taken Mortal Kombat 11 announcement trailer to new heights. The trailer shows hardcore combat brutality as opposed to the announcement trailer of previous Mortal Kombat game. The previous game announcement featured Scorpion and Subzero fight using their signature weapons. This time, the announcement trailer starts with X-Ray like body breaking attacks and ends with couple of ‘Finish Him’ Fatalities.

It is so refreshing to know that Mortal Kombat series is getting another installment. Fans of the community must be thrilled right now. If you want to play early, pre-order the game and participate in the beta phase of the game.

Mortal Kombat 11 is developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. Mortal Kombat 11 releases after the last game which released back in 2015. The game is eleventh installment in long running series.
