Chaos Points
The best mechanic of Just Cause 4 is causing chaos and naturally as you cause more chaos, you earn Chao points. More destruction and chaos you cause in the game; more chaos points you earn. The game does not lack in opportunities when you cannot cause chaos. Avail all of them if you are on a Chaos point run.
There are many vehicles in the game such as gunships and gun boats that will help you cause as much chaos in the game as you like. The map is full of Black Hand bases. Simply get into an attack chopper and let is loose across as many bases you can find on the map. This will help you rack up quite a decent amount of Chaos points in no time.
Unlocking Pilots
As you rack up more Chaos points, you build up your own Army of Chaos. Army of Chaos will help you in various situations throughout the game and one of such things is providing your air support. For that, you will first need to unlock pilots. For that, you will need to play the story. The first two pilot unlocks are related to story progression.
After you have played enough to unlock the first two pilots, get down to business and cause as much chaos in the game to start leveling up your Army of Chaos. As you rack up more and more Chaos Points, the remaining pilots will unlock as you continue to level up your pilots.
