Jurassic World Evolution DLC Announced – Secrets of Dr. Wu Coming Later This Month

Jurassic World Evolution is getting its first paid DLC pack called Secrets of Dr. Wu later this month. The DLC will come out for PC, Xbox One and PS4 players simultaneously.

Those players who are a big fan of Jurassic Park franchise will instantly recognize Dr. Wu as the main man behind all the genetic research that went behind all dinosaurs in the Jurassic Park franchise.

Frontier Developments, the developer behind the game, has revealed an official announcement trailer which you can see below.

BD Wong who played the role of Dr. Wu in Jurassic Park and Jurassic World is playing as the main man behind the genetic research in Jurassic World Evolution as well and he will be taking the role of Dr. Wu once again for the game. He will guide the players personally on different special missions set on the hidden research facilities on Isla Muerta and Isla Tacano.

Along with new missions, the DLC will add more genetic hybrids to the game as well which have been created by Dr. Wu himself. These include Ankylodocus, Spinoraptor and Stegoceratops. Along with these new dinosaurs, Olorotitan and Troodon are also coming to Jurassic World Evolution’s prehistoric menagerie.

The DLC will also add new upgrade and research options. Players will now be able to upgrade to Indominus Rex’s camouflage gene which was featured in the Jurassic World movie but was absent in the initial build of the game. The DLC will come in the form on an update which will also introduce new behaviors for all creatures such as grouping and sleeping.

Day and Night cycle is also making its way to Jurassic World Evolution along with high capacity feeders and new challenges for players to tackle. The DLC will cost players $14.99. It will be available across PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

Secrets of Dr. Wu DLC pack is slated for release on November 20, 2018.
