Jump Force Release Date Announced, Releasing in Spring 2019

Bandai Namco has finally announced the release date for their upcoming fighting game Jump Force. According to their most recent announcement, Jump Force is releasing on February 15, 2019.

Bandai Namco revealed this information via a new trailer in which they have also revealed a new stage and two new characters that will be included in the final version of the game. The new stage revealed is ‘Paris’ which comes directly from the Saint Seiya universe. Clock Tower and Twelve Temples are also included from the same universe.

The two new characters added to the game are Ryo and Kenshiro. Ryo comes from City Hunter while Kenshiro joins Jump Force from the universe of Fist of the North Star. You can see both of these characters in action in the trailer above. Both of these characters join a diverse roster of characters already added to the game.

Bandai Namco Detailed both new characters as

Ryo, equipped with his trusted Colt Magnum, is a highly skilled gunman that rarely misses, as well as possessing extremely quick reflexes to dodge his enemy’s attacks.

On the other hand, Kenshiro, is an immensely strong expert user of the Hokuto Shinken martial arts, who is able to target and defeat his opponent brutally, swiftly and effortlessly.

Jump Force features a very unique character roster with Goku, Naruto, Luffy and many other manga characters thrown in the mix. Some of the characters are also making special guest appearances such as the characters from Death Note. These characters will not be playable but will simply add value to the story.

Earlier, Bandai Namco revealed a special Collector’s Edition of the game as well as some really cool pre-order bonuses. Jump Force is shaping up to be a great fighting game and we cannot wait to play it when it finally comes out next year.

Jump Force is releasing on PS4, Xbox One and PC on February 15, 2018.
