Whiteward sits between Choral Chambers, Underworks, Cogwork Core, and Whispering Vaults. This makes it an important transit route between different locations in the game. Whiteward is a decent-sized area, but since it is a mid-game area, it is not overly difficult to explore. Whiteward Map Guide – Hollow Knight: Silksong
We will be starting at the bottom-right exit of Choral Chambers that leads straight into Whiteward. We have marked the location on the map below:
Enter the door and head a little to the right. Stand in the elevator and hit the switch to activate it. It will take you down. When it stops at the bottom, head left inside the next room.
Keep sprinting to the very end, and then use the platforms to go up.
At the top of this section, climb into the next room and continue going above. You will come across some steam jets. Avoid getting hit by them. When this corridor ends, jump up and head right.
On this platform, keep heading right, and you will need to jump over two fans. At the end, hit the switch and drop down to reach another chamber. Keep heading right into the next room, and from there, cross the chasm and enter the next room. Keep going right. Drop down the first chasm that appears in this section. There is a spinning fan behind this one.
Drop down on the floor and head left to find the large chest. Interact with it, and it will say that it is a machine displaying a model of the Citadel. Insert 70 Rosaries in it, and it will give you the map of Whiteward.
